• Exposure to asset management and investment businesses, corporate investment risk oversight and OTC derivatives trading • Analyze the development, sale, marketing and operational functions of investment products• Analyze the preparation of financial statements and disclosures, as well as reviews compliance with complex legal and regulatory requirements• Participate in audit programs, risk assessment, control analysis, audit procedures and standards, sampling techniques, risk components and internal framework of control • Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of financial, operational, information technology and/or compliance risk concepts• Provide independent, objective assurance services designed to add values to the company • Support the audit committee in its oversight role
